ING Corporate Finance consists of M&A Advisory ('M&A') and Equity Capital Markets (‘ECM’) and provides Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets related services to its corporate and institutional client base. We serve clients across a broad range of industry sectors and provide integrated financial solutions.

Corporate Finance operates predominantly through its Pan European network with a focus on the Benelux and CEE but also has offices in Asia and the Americas. Corporate Finance offers a strong combination of deep local market knowledge and extensive cross-border and sector-specific expertise.

Mergers & Acquisitions


M&A provides corporate and institutional clients, listed as well as private companies, with a comprehensive range of strategic and financial advisory services on various types of transactions including sell- and buy-side, mergers, public offers, management and leveraged buy-outs, take-over defence assistance and corporate restructurings. The department also provides fairness opinions, and asset and enterprise valuations.

Equity Capital Markets


Equity Capital Markets is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of equity transactions such as IPOs, follow-on offerings, rights issues, block trades and accelerated bookbuild offerings. Furthermore, ECM services include equity linked-transactions, capital reduction plans such as tax-efficient share buybacks and super-dividends, strategic advice and advisory services related to shareholder communication. The department is complemented by the Corporate Access Team, which services our corporate client base by providing company specific investor feedback and monitoring of market and share price developments as well by organising roadshows and corporate events to bring our corporate clients closer to their investor base.

  • highly experienced team, based in several European financial centres to provide local execution capabilities
  • working closely together with our pan-European equities and research franchise  servicing a global investor base
