USA Patriot Act
This page is intended for banks in the United States of America that hold correspondent accounts for ING Bank N.V., one or more of its branches or one or more of its subsidiaries.
The Certificate is a so called Global Certificate based on the USA Patriot Act, certifying that ING Bank, its branches and subsidiaries are not shell banks and do not serve shell banks.
Annex is a list of branches and subsidiaries (and branches of such subsidiaries) to which the Certificate refers.
Should you have a correspondent banking relationship with a branch or subsidiary of ING Bank that is not found in the Annex, please contact:
